Kendal J. Britton is the principal of ROI Appraisal/Britton Group, located in Henderson, Nevada, where he performs a variety of real estate valuation and consulting services in the Las Vegas metropolitan area, and surrounding communities. He has been in this position since 1997 and has performed appraisals on a variety of property types including retail shopping centers; industrial facilities; office buildings; vacant land; single-family residential subdivisions; apartment complexes; master-planned communities; mixed-use projects; and a variety of special use properties.

Prior to joining ROI Appraisal, Ken worked as a Real Estate Specialist in the Financial Advisory Services group of Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Las Vegas. At Coopers & Lybrand, Ken was involved in a variety of real estate related assignments including a number of large litigation cases involving the valuation of real estate throughout the United States. Before joining Coopers & Lybrand, Ken was a commercial real estate appraiser in San Diego, California.

Ken has a Certified General Appraiser Certificate in the State of Nevada, which he has held since 1995. Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in  Economics with a minor in Physics from the University of California at San Diego.
